10th Annual “The Day After” Beach Clean-Up

Keepers of the Coast is hosting its 10th Annual "The Day After" July 5th Beach Cleanup from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at several beach access locations. Each year, following the celebrations of July 4th - which unfortunately is also one of the busiest and largest trash generating days - our community comes together to clean the beaches.  

Keepers of the Coast’s events are successful because of the generous support from our community in adopting, sponsoring or participating in the event. There are several locations for clean-up:

Mickler's Beachfront Park, sponsored by Beaches Go Green
Vilano Beachfront Park, sponsored by Root Natural Soap
St. Augustine Beach Pier, sponsored by Amy Gibbs, Realtor with St Augustine Realty & Co-hosted by The Amp Green Hands and r.Cup

First Friday Artwalk

On the first Friday of every month, St. Augustine’s art galleries welcome visitors to browse the latest art exhibits and enjoy refreshments and live entertainment at more than 25 participating galleries.

Many of the Galleries introduce their featured artist for the month and they are often on hand to answer questions about their work. Artwalk takes place throughout St. Augustine's historic downtown area, uptown and - even over the Bridge of Lions onto Anastasia Island and the beach.

Be sure to stop by and visit STA Marketplace favorites including High Tide Gallery Art and Gifts as well as W.B. Tatter Studio Gallery.
