Social Media High Five

A while back we provided some general tips on posting effective social media content.

Many of you have requested more specifics… so here are five social media content ideas to help you start your week with a bang!

Post an answer to an FAQ

You field questions daily – often the same ones – from customers and potential customers. Many who aren’t asking likely have the same questions. Make a post answering a commonly asked question.

Introduce your peeps

Social media users love pics of smiling faces and getting to know those folks who are on the front line of your company as well as behind the scenes. Use social media to introduce your employees to the community (write a blurb about them as an added bonus!). Work alone? Come out from behind your brand and share your story.

Interview a customer

Have an existing customer sing your praises. You can do this as a video or as a post with a photo. Reviews by folks who love your product or service are a highly effective means to get the word out on social media.

Share a community event

Expand your posts beyond your brand, products and services and engage with the local community. Show your support by posting an upcoming community event and tagging local businesses who are involved. For Facebook, be sure to add the event to your Events as well.

Share someone else’s content

Sharing other people’s content is a fantastic way to build B2B relationships while providing your followers valuable information. Plus, sharing content eliminates the need to create endless posts from scratch.

Happy posting! And stay tuned as we bring you more social media content ideas to help grow your business.
